I removed but after a few thousand miles a piece of the fan broke. before I order a new stock one, is anyone using aftermarket fans behind intercooler, or if you’re using the set up how are you mounting the fan so it prevents it from rattling. I agree with Magneto that if you just intend to drive on the street with an occasional drag race the street intercoolers do the job. Painting an intercooler adds an additional barrier for heat transfer which makes it less effecent. Tom.
