Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise to keep your heart rate up. WebEvery week for the past 5 months these girls have shown up after on ice training for a hard agility and circuit training workout. As a result the girls have made the play offs for the first time in several years. This pic (all smiles) summarizes our sessions. Congrats girls!
