Cervical I only did correct once. Thoracic HVLA I look like I'm jumping on a cat. This HVLA stuff is brushed over, but it is REALLY HARD TO DO. Maybee if you practice it you'll get better. I am frustrated with this HVLA because it is so damn hard to do.
